1) King Square Studio reserves the right to remove a user and data from our database if terms and conditions are broken, and to block users from using the service.
2) Users may not upload music to our database that they do not own the copyright to.
3) Users may not upload any kind of data or software to our server that is not music. It must be a wav, aif, sdII, or mp3. No other file type is permitted.
4) Users may not distribute their user name and password. Only the user themselves may login.
5) King Square Studio cannot be held responsible for the security of data held on our servers.
6) King Square Studio will be responsible for deleting files on our server, and may do this at any time.
7) King Square Studio cannot be held responsible for loss of data on a users computer, or for loss of time.
8) King Square Studio reserves the right to refuse to mix any individual track.
